Health Saviours is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Essex, Maryland.

Job Title :  LPN - Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location :  Essex, MD

Duration :  13 weeks

Shift :  8-hour Days (7 : 00am-3 : 30pm)

Requirements

  • Experience :  Minimum 1+ years
  • Licensure :  Active LPN license
  • Certifications :   BLS – required

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct, hands-on nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
  • Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes in condition to the supervising RN or physician.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, mobility, and hygiene.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care, medications, and any incidents per facility policy.
  • Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.
  • Participate in care planning, resident assessments, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
