Job Title : Purchasing Agent
Location : Greater Houston 77042 (Hybrid)
Schedule : 2-3 Days On-site Hybrid Schedule
Pay Rate : $37-$42 / hour on W2
Duration : 3 months contract
Job Duties :
- Execute procurement activities for solution-based purchases (software, services, systems) using SAP ECC.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts within SAP ECC.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in SAP ECC.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
