Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with support materials for effective use of Treasury Management services
Administer client service policies and ensure compliance with service level standards
Resolve client complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 or more years of treasury management experience or related client services experience
Knowledge of delivering end-user training for Treasury Management services
Familiarity with relevant operating systems and applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
