Wells Brothers Inc. is currently hiring an experienced Concrete Field Lead to join our growing team. To be successful in this role, you need to be self-motivated, team orientated, punctual, have a high level of integrity, and have the ability and willingness to teach and learn.

Essential Duties

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

• Supervise and lead concrete crews on-site
• Read and interpret prints and project specs
• Plan, set up, and manage concrete pours and finishing
• Assist in building and positioning forms and pouring concrete
• Dig ditches and level earth to grade specifications
• Grade dirt and concrete efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate with project managers
• Clean constructions site to eliminate possible hazards
• Train and mentor crew members
• Track daily progress, material use, and labor hours
