Salary : $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Allied Concrete is seeking an experienced Structural Concrete Foreman to perform direct supervision of our concrete team in Bozeman, MT. We are looking for a Structural Concrete Foreman with experience in the following :

• Coordination of layout and execution of individual work on the project site.
• Ensures all craft work conforms to contract requirements.
• Translates general work requirements and prioritizes crews, materials, and equipment.
• Organizes and maintains work crews to maximize production and efficiency.
• Identifies, verifies, and reports any scheduling conflicts with contractors.
• Evaluate the quality of concrete work to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and address any issues or defects in the concrete construction process.
• Implement quality control measures to prevent errors and ensure high standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control inspections.
• Prepares daily time sheets for all supervised personnel.
• Understand and acknowledge the importance and legal liability of the role.
• Knows and understands the requirements of and liabilities under OSHA.
