Job Description
Allstate Insurance Company has an opportunity for an experienced licensed Sales Leader to support Arkansas and Northern Louisiana. The Sales Market Leader (SML) supports Allstate Exclusive Agents to consult for their business success. The market for this opportunity will be the entire state of Arkansas and Northern Louisiana. The selected incumbent will travel to visit Agents for consultations. While this is a home-based opportunity, the selected incumbent would need to reside in or near the market as they will conduct field travel. The SML supports the growth and success of the distribution channel and its new agency owners and / or existing exclusive agents. This is achieved through effective consultations, acquisition and retention process adoption, business planning and deployment / staffing strategies. Influence's behavior changes with the ability to coach / engage agency owners.
Key Responsibilities
The SML supporting Growth agencies is responsible for "owning" the market to which they are assigned and achieving Allstate business objectives - which include but are not limited to - ensuring strategic, long-term profitable growth and increased market share. This will be achieved through :
The SML travels to agencies and consults and provides advice on-site to achieve goals

Total Cash Compensation (TCC) range for this position is from $114,500-171,800

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $83,000.00 - 114,200.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications. The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation. Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position.
