Job Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Seasonal UV Printer Operators to join our production team. This short-term role focuses on preparing artwork, managing print files, operating UV flatbed printers, and ensuring top-quality output across a wide range of products. Training schedules may begin with reduced hours until volume ramps up, with shifts expanding as operations scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate UV flatbed printers to personalize products with text, graphics, or full-color artwork
- Review and prepare digital files using printer software
- Load and align products accurately on the print bed according to job specifications
- Monitor print runs for quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance (e.g., head cleaning, alignment, ink levels)
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and address any print issues
- Assist with post-print handling including drying, curing, and hand-off to packaging team
- Work as part of a collaborative production team. While assigned primarily to UV printing, all employees may assist in other departments as needed to meet seasonal demand.

Employment runs early–mid October through mid-December (exact dates depend on production volume).Training schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pmTraining schedules may begin with reduced hours until the season fully ramps up.
Our production schedule is scaled with holiday demand. Your preference for day and night shifts is used when assigning shifts as the season progresses.Shift options we use during the season :
