Responsibilities Work in a Level II trauma center's Interventional Radiology department Primary focus on neuro-interventional procedures including angio, carotid stenting, and stroke interventions Typical daily case volume ranges from 6 to 8 Utilizes Siemens imaging systems and Epic EMR Department staffed with 9 RTs and 9 RNs, with daily staffing of 5-6 RNs and 6-7 RTs Day shift with 4x10 hour schedule from 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM Call required : one weeknight per week and every third weekend Every other holiday coverage required Primary duties include performing neuro-interventional radiology procedures such as angiography, carotid stenting, and acute stroke interventions Work in a collaborative environment with a team of RNs and RTs providing 24 / 365 department coverage Radius rule : candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay, but local applicants are still considered Every other holiday rotation is required License required if applicable Requirements Minimum of 2 years IR experience with a neuro focus required Current OH Rad license required (pending accepted) ARRT certification required; RCIS not sufficient Current BLS certification required (pending accepted) Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-619276.
