A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join their federal team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full onboarding and offboarding processes, including compliance and exit interviews
Serve as the point of contact for benefits administration and employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records while promoting employee engagement and culture
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience in a government contracting environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Human Resource Information Systems
Knowledge of federal contractor compliance (FLSA, EEO, OFCCP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience supporting remote employees
