Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the overall success of customers, including planning, health, and multi-solution adoption
Serve as the central point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, defining success plans and ensuring cohesive communication
Drive adoption of cloud products using data insights and collaborate with teams to address customer risks
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Customer Success experience in Software as a Service or Digital Marketing
Proven ability to drive customer success and deliver measurable outcomes
Strong consulting skills with experience in account planning and customer success plans
Existing knowledge of software in digital marketing and / or digital media space
Bachelor's Degree and / or relevant work experience
