We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Neonatologist to become part of our brand new practice as we expand our Neonatology services in Appleton, Wisconsin! This state-of-the-art facility emphasizes collaboration between pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists, ensuring family-centered quality healthcare in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to cover the newborn nursery and deliver high-quality, family-centered care.
• Join a dedicated team of 4 Neonatologists managing a Level 3 NICU and Newborn Nursery at St. Elizabeth.
• Provide 24 / 7 in-house coverage with day rounding.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) and clinical research projects.
• Exchange best practices and ideas with several thousand Pediatrix providers across more than 400 NICUs.
• Open to all board-certified / eligible Neonatologists, including experienced providers and newly graduated fellows.
