A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the AP / AR process, including processing vendor and customer invoices and payments
Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
Identify inefficiencies and design improvements to accounting workflows and systems
Required Qualifications
4+ years of accounting experience with ownership of AP / AR operations
Hands-on ERP experience (QuickBooks Online preferred)
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups
Experience with HRIS / payroll systems (e.g., Rippling, Gusto, ADP)
Self-directed and proactive communicator who thrives in a remote environment
