Are you an employee-focused Senior HR Generalist who can manage the entire employee life cycle all while having courageous conversations that encourage a positive work environment and culture for all? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Las Vegas, NV area.

In this critical, high-impact role, you will manage our onsite operations as we onboard 18 - 34 new hires per month. Additionally, you\'ll manage the onsite employee experience for 200 plus contractors ensuring a positive employee culture and adherence to our client\'s safety standards.
