Compensation :

$65000 - $90000 yearly

Responsibilities : What Youll Do :

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial garage doors, springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and openers
  • Perform safety inspections and educate customers on repair options and preventative maintenance
  • Provide clear, written estimates; secure approvals; and complete jobs efficiently and safely
  • Recommend products / services that genuinely benefit the customer (no pressure tactics)
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and accurate job notes / photos in our CRM
  • Support teammates, share knowledge, and jump in where needed
  • Participate in an on-call or rotating schedule as needed (minimal and planned)

    • Qualifications : What Youll Bring

  • 3+ years of professional garage door service experience (mandatory)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across major door and opener brands
  • Excellent customer communication and professionalism in the home
  • Self-starter mentality, dependable, and safety-first mindset
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs, use ladders, and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable MVR; able to pass background / drug screen
