Compensation : Starting at $580,000+ annually

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our employed orthopedic team in Port Arthur, TX. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a general orthopedic surgeon with an interest in total joint procedures. The position includes participation in the ED call rotation, with a schedule of 1 : 3 or 1 : 4. The ideal candidate will have a passion for total joints and will benefit from working in a center of excellence for total joint replacements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care with a focus on general orthopedic surgery and a special interest in total joint procedures .
• Collaborate with the existing orthopedic team, including another general orthopedic surgeon with a focus on orthopedic sports and total knee surgeries.
• Participate in the ED call rotation approximately every 1 : 3 or 1 : 4 weeks, ensuring coverage for a range of orthopedic emergencies.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including performing surgeries, managing pre- and post-operative care, and providing consultations.
• Utilize the hospital's center of excellence for total joints to provide advanced treatment and surgical options.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
