- Accurately sign off and document completed work per the Repair Station Manual (RSM).

- Manage company tools, parts, and materials efficiently.
- Provide detailed shift handovers to maintain workflow continuity.
- Stay current on manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Report any irregularities or emergencies promptly.
