Responsibilities :

  • Develop comprehensive documents that define the requirements and scope for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure inclusion of all relevant project information in specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, institutional guidelines, and applicable laws, regulations, and codes.
  • Participate in quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews and checks on project documents.

Required Skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of architectural design, engineering coordination, design trends, products, construction methodologies, building systems, material applications, and manufacturer-supplier suitability.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures, project schedules, and timelines.
  • Expertise in researching and applying building codes into technical documents.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent combination of education and experience.
