We are a local cleaning service based in Fresno, CA, have been in business for over 30 years, and are looking for an energetic & motivated Customer Service Lead to join our team! As a customer service lead in our office you are a critical team member in our day to day operations, along with helping us uphold our high level of commitment to excellent customer satisfaction.

This job is right for you if you are self-motivated, enjoy fast moving environments, and can manage daily tasks effectively to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

Prior customer service management, shift lead, and / or sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays, but we do pay you for them!

Receive a starting minimum wage of $21.00 to $26 per hour (depending on the level of prior experience), paid weekly, with future raises based on both performance & employment longevity.
