What You’ll Be Doing :Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to tables and introducing the menuProvide expert knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and wine pairingsAccurately take and process orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detailServe food and beverages following fine dining protocols with elegance and professionalismMonitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptlyEfficiently manage a station of at least six tables or 35 guestsCollaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and special request fulfillmentSupport fellow team members to maintain smooth dining operationsUpsell wine pairings and menu enhancements to elevate the guest experienceMaintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas after, during, and after serviceConsistently communicate guest and resident feedback to managementEnsure strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and appearance standardsAlways model Presbyterian Living’ Hospitality Promises and uphold Corporate Compliance practices???? What We’re Looking For :High school diploma or equivalent required6-8 years of experiencePrevious fine dining or high-end restaurant experience required.Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and food service standardsAbility to remain composed, professional, and service-focused in a fast-paced environmentFood Safety Training, Alcohol / Beverage Certification, and Food Handler Certification preferredBasic math skills and English language proficiencyPhysically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs#IndeedHP
