Digital Services Specialist

Discover your future in digital banking! CoVantage is looking for a full-time Digital Services Specialist to join our dynamic Contact Center team. In this role, you'll deliver fast, professional support to our members through digital platforms and Virtual Teller ATMshelping shape the future of member service. This position is available in our Wausau, DePere, Neenah, and Antigo branches.

Job Duties :

  • Remains current with the accounts, services, disclosures, forms and other aspects of the products and services that pertain to this job or that members may need assistance with.
  • Provides efficient, professional service to members by responding to secure messages sent via MyCoVantage, troubleshooting MyCoVantage issues, responding to voicemails, addressing credit union emails, processing phone calls, processing Verifications of Deposits (VOD), processing digital Account Originations (AO), and accurately handling member transactions via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).
  • Provides efficient, professional service that is consistent with credit union service standards to members via all digital channels of communication.
  • Seeks opportunities to provide exceptional service and strengthen the member and credit union relationship including seeking opportunities to provide additional consumer products and services.
  • Provides members with guidance concerning the wise and appropriate use of credit and other financial services while offering suggestions on how they can work to improve their financial well-being.

Qualifications :

  • Have a minimum of 3 years' credit union experience or an Associate's Degree
  • Ability to work fully onsite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
  • Must be able to regularly apply sound judgment with respect to member interactions
  • The ability to be organized and efficient while working in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must be bondable
