We are currently seeking a highly motivated CMT Laboratory Manager to join our RADISE CMT Team in Riviera Beach, FL.

Summary :  RADISE International, LC (RADISE) is looking for an experienced Laboratory Manager to run our Soils and Construction Material Testing(CMT) Lab.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CMT Laboratory and staff effectively.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to : obtain samples / specimens of concrete, soils, aggregates, asphalt from work sites.
• Perform laboratory tests on the samples collected. Following work order and testing procedures.
• Manage samples, complete testing, record results, enter them into the Data Management System, submit reports and talk with other internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain lab testing equipment : cleaning, repairs, calibration, set up.
• Expertise in ASTM, FDOT and AASHTO testing standards.
• Familiar and participate in lab accreditation & Audits.
• Adhere to strict safety standards.
• Train and develop new hires and other technicians to elevate skill level.
• Mentoring and developing the lab staff for career development.

Skills / Requirements

High school diploma / GED or 2 years material testing (field or lab).

Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.

Good written and verbal communications skills.

Ability to lift samples, at times up to 75+ pounds.

Pass drug and background screening tests.

CTQP LBR Testing Technician

ACI Concrete Strength testing Technician

ACI Masonry Testing Technician

Job Type : Full-time, Non-Exempt

Pay :   $65,000 / yr. annualized

Compensation Package : Overtime pay for weekends & holidays worked.

Physical Setting : In Person

Laboratory for geotechnical testing and CMT.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday 7 : 30AM – 5 : 30PM (open to close of the lab).

Weekends or holidays worked as needed by client, paid as discretionary overtime pay when approved by supervisor.

Work Location : Primary CMT Laboratory in Riviera Beach, FL.   Secondary CMT Laboratory in Deerfield Beach, FL. Travel to job sites as needed.
