We're seeking an exceptional Associate Creative Director with sophisticated taste and premium brand sensibility to join our collaborative creative team and elevate our visual storytelling. Reporting to our CEO, you'll serve as the creative taste-maker who partners with our experienced Art Director to ensure every visual touchpoint reflects our elevated aesthetic standards while bringing strategic creative vision to life through compelling content execution.

This role is perfect for a creative leader who excels at collaborative creative development, has an intuitive eye for luxury presentation, and thrives on perfecting the details that create premium brand experiences. You'll work closely with our Brand and PR Manager, Art Director, and CEO to maintain creative excellence across all channels while partnering on the creative production process from concept through execution.

What You'll Do

Creative Partnership & Premium Elevation

  • Partner with Art Director as joint creative leadership team to develop sophisticated visual content that elevates brand perception
  • Serve as the creative taste-maker, translating CEO's creative vision and Brand and PR Manager's strategic planning into premium visual narratives
  • Bring taste authority and luxury positioning to guide and elevate creative concepts through partnership
  • Lead taste and styling decisions while collaborating on creative execution with Art Director
  • Maintain exceptional creative quality standards across all brand touchpoints through collaborative taste leadership

Photoshoot Creative Direction

  • Lead creative taste direction for photoshoots while partnering with Art Director on concept development and execution
  • Provide styling expertise including product placement, accessories, and wardrobe coordination that elevate brand narrative
  • Collaborate on creative development, with final authority on luxury positioning and sophisticated styling details
  • Work together to ensure photoshoots deliver both compelling creative concepts and premium brand execution that drives aspiration

    • Content Creation & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with Art Director on original premium visual content including photography direction, styling, and creative concepts
  • Transform Brand and PR Manager's strategic vision into engaging, conversion-driving creative assets through taste leadership
  • Develop creative concepts that balance brand sophistication with performance marketing objectives
  • Execute creative campaigns across digital platforms while maintaining consistent premium aesthetic standards

    • CEO Personal Brand Development

  • Partner with Brand and PR Manager and Art Director to execute comprehensive CEO personal brand strategy
  • Provide styling expertise and premium content creation for CEO's thought leadership initiatives
  • Execute visual storytelling that showcases CEO's expertise while maintaining luxury brand aesthetic
  • Lead CEO photoshoots, focusing on styling perfection and elevated presentation
  • Create authentic founder content that connects brand values with personal narrative
  • Ensure CEO's visual presence consistently reinforces premium brand positioning

  • Brand Director : Owns brand strategy, positioning, and overall creative direction. Creative team executes these strategies visually.
  • Associate Creative Director & Art Director : Joint creative leadership focusing on concept development, execution, and premium elevation
  • Associate Creative Director Specialization : Premium styling, luxury positioning, and taste elevation
  • Art Director Specialization : Technical design excellence, production systems, and brand knowledge

    Experience

  • 4-6 years in creative roles with demonstrated expertise in premium brand creative direction and taste leadership
  • Proven track record creating sophisticated visual content for lifestyle, fashion, or luxury consumer brands
  • Experience serving as creative taste authority while collaborating with brand and creative teams
  • Portfolio showcasing elevated aesthetic standards, styling expertise, and premium brand presentation
  • Background in creative leadership environments and taste-driven creative development preferred

    • Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Arts, or related field
  • Exceptional creative taste and styling abilities with focus on premium brand presentation
  • Strong creative leadership and collaborative communication capabilities
  • Understanding of luxury styling, product photography, and aspirational content creation for digital platforms
  • Experience guiding creative teams while maintaining collaborative creative processes
