Class 101 Hawthorne is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is a unique commission-based opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual passionate about helping students achieve their college dreams. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, identifying prospective families, and guiding them through the initial stages of their college planning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Proactively identify and cultivate new leads through various channels, including networking, community engagement, referrals, and self-sourced initiatives. Develop and execute creative strategies to attract families interested in college planning services.
- Initial Consultation Scheduling : Engage with prospective leads to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Class 101 Hawthorne. Schedule initial consultations for qualified families with our college planning experts.
- Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and demonstrating a genuine commitment to their success.
- Market Insight : Stay informed about local educational trends, high school activities, and community events in the Hawthorne area and surrounding communities to identify new lead opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Class 101 Hawthorne team to ensure a seamless transition for prospective clients from initial contact to enrollment.
Compensation & Earning Potential
This is a commission-only position designed to reward high-performing individuals. Compensation is structured as follows :
15% Commission : Earn a 15% commission on all sales generated from your self-sourced leads that result in a closed deal.Quarterly Bonus : Receive an additional bonus based on performance.Based on our proven business model and the market potential in the Hawthorne area, a successful Sales Consultant can expect to earn between $60,000 - $85,000+ per year.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to lead generation.Familiarity with the college admissions process or a passion for education is a plus.Residency in or strong knowledge of the Hawthorne area and surrounding communities is highly desirable.Why Join Class 101 Hawthorne?
