Position Overview :

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting adults ages 18 and older in their daily lives. You will assist with personal care, skill development, community engagement, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. This is more than just a jobits an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day. This is an float position. This means you will work in several programs and be required to have open availability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in developing independent living skills and participating in community activities.
• Monitor and document progress, behaviors, and incidents in accordance with program guidelines.
• Administer medications and follow prescribed healthcare plans.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals in care.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families / guardians.
• Assisting with picking up additional hours or overtime to meet programmatic needs.
