Housekeeping - Public Area Attendant

The Public Area Attendant position is responsible for maintaining public sitting areas, hallways, and restrooms. Public Area Attendants help create the best experience possible to resort guests, ensuring the resort is above cleanliness expectations and supporting the AAA Four Diamond brand expectation.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Clean public sitting areas, restrooms, guest laundry rooms, stairwells, and hallways
• Mop tile floors and vacuum carpeting
• Perform seasonal duties, including washing exterior windows, wiping patio tables, and cleaning the lakefront restrooms
• Deep clean during the off season
• Answer radio calls and assist with guest needs
• Promote The Osthoff Resort's service principle by examplerespond to / resolve guest inquiries, complaints or concerns in a courteous, timely and efficient manner. Make sure to inform a team leader of any problems.
• Assist coworkers as needed
• All other duties as assigned

This is a full-time, year-round position that is eligible for benefits.
