Project Manager

We are hiring a Project Manager in Madison, WI (hybrid)!

• Duties :
• Lead projects from start to finish, making sure they deliver real value.
• Work with tech teams to solve business problems using the right tools and systems.
• Help improve how projects are delivered by sharing best practices.
• Keep roadmaps up to date so teams stay flexible and focused.
• Coordinate product releases with product managers.
• Support teams using Agile methods like SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress and share updates.
• Build a strong project community by sharing tools, templates, and communication tips.
• Qualifications :
• Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and how they work in real life.
• Familiarity with software development and infrastructure basics.
• Experience managing IT projects and juggling multiple priorities.
• Comfort using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
• PMP certification or similar.
• Experience with cloud migration projects.
• Ability to work hybrid in Madison, WI
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00 / hr.
