Position Summary

Journey is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Treasury to oversee the company’s cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity strategy. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of cash flow, forecasting, and treasury operations. The Manager of Treasury will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and support business growth. This position offers flexibility to be based in our Noblesville, IN home office or to work remotely / hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash management, including monitoring cash balances and preparing cash flow forecasts.
• Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with debt covenants and treasury policies.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasting models to support strategic planning.
• Implement processes to optimize working capital and liquidity management.
• Lead treasury system enhancements and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operations teams to support overall financial health.
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, capital structure, and financing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
