Senior Director, GRA PMO

A company is looking for a Senior Director, GRA Initiatives Project Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the GRA PMO team, ensuring excellence in project execution and process improvement

Serve as the primary liaison to the GRA Leadership Team, driving priority setting and strategic planning

Oversee the full portfolio of GRA PMO initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory strategy and operational goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred

12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry, with 8+ years in regulatory affairs or R&D operations

Proven track record of leading PMO functions and driving strategic change

PMP or equivalent certification

Experience in global drug development and regulatory strategy
