TEKsystems is currently hiring HYBRID Member Service Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!

Position :   Member Service Representative (Digital Services)

Job Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24 / 7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
• Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
• Assisting members with Zelle and fruad related transactions
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

Qualifications

Start Date :   November 10, 2025

Training :   First 6 weeks are fully onsite, Monday - Friday, 2 : 00pm - 10 : 30pm

Schedules available (after training) :   Sunday - Friday (Saturdays off and 1 rotating off day during the week), 1 : 30pm - 11 : 00pm, 2 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm, 3 : 30pm - 1 : 00am

Location :   Pensacola, FL / ability to work hybrid after training with 2 days onsite per week

Pay : $17.50 / hour

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.
