The Opportunity

Responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and editing of both technical and programmatic documentation to include documents such as design specifications, manuals, online help, contract deliverables, procedures, plans, and proposals ensuring consistency, grammar, structure and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and editing both technical and programmatic documentation for clarity and accuracy
• Verify that content is factually accurate and logically structured for the intended audience
• Ensure consistency in terminology, tone, and writing style across documents
• Ensure compliance with style guides
• Correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax errors
• Ensure formatting and layout optimization
• Collaborate with writers and subject matter experts
• Provide constructive feedback
• Review document flow and structure
• Maintain document version control
• Ensure compliance with customer and company requirements

Pay Range : The proposed salary range for this position is $70,800 - $148,600 .
