Position : Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location : VA, CA, MI, PA, NJ, GA

Required :

Minimum of 9+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL / SOSL, Flows, and Process Builder.

Solid understanding of Salesforce s data and security models, and integration techniques using REST / SOAP APIs and Platform Events.

Proven ability to work within Agile / Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning and CI / CD practices.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.

Experience leading technical design sessions and mentoring junior developers.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.
