Software Quality Assurance Tester

A company is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Tester to support federal clients in deploying a patient education tool for the Military Health System.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in Agile delivery cycles, including requirements review, sprint testing, and production monitoring

Design, maintain, and execute test cases for various testing types across multiple environments

Define and report QA metrics, creating dashboards and stakeholder updates to communicate progress and risks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing

Strong working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies

Hands-on experience with Jira and Zephyr or similar test management tools

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain government security clearance
