Litigation Attorney (Transportation 7-10+)

Litigation attorney with 7-10+ years of experience to handle general liability (auto, premises liability, construction defect) and complex liability matters for a hard-working, fast-paced, AV-rated law firm. Self-starting, solid work ethic candidate with experience in all aspects of litigation required, including investigation, research, analysis, discovery and motions. Candidate should have experience taking percipient / party / expert depositions and representing clients in mediations and court hearings. Excellent research and writing skills are required.
