Lead Construction General Laborer

Fuze HR Solutions – Las Vegas, NV

Pay : $20.00 per hour

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)

About the Role :

Fuze HR Solutions is hiring a Lead Construction General Laborer to join our growing team in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and experienced in both construction work and leading a small crew. You’ll help coordinate general laborers on-site, operate equipment safely, and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and up to safety standards.

Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate a small crew of general laborers on active construction sites

Operate equipment such as skid steers, forklifts, or compactors

Handle material movement, site cleanup, and basic maintenance tasks

Maintain and enforce safety standards (PPE, site rules, and OSHA compliance)

Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project managers

Ensure equipment and tools are used properly and safely

Requirements :

1–2 years of construction experience

1–2 years operating equipment (forklift, skid steer, etc.)

1–2 years of leadership or crew lead experience

OSHA-10 Construction Certification (required)

Valid and active equipment operator certifications (required)

Must present proof of valid and active certifications prior to placement

Must have reliable transportation

Must have and wear PPE : hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, steel-toe boots

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions

Strong communication and teamwork skills
