Position Overview

We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professionals to join our team as 1099 independent contractors. A Professional License is not required for this position

Location : Scranton, PA

Pay

• You will be compensated at a rate of $30 per completed session for the first 15 clients seen each week. For any sessions beyond 15 in a given week, compensation will transition to a 50 / 50 revenue split, allowing for increased earning potential as your caseload grows

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties :

Conduct individual and family therapy sessions

Perform intake evaluations and assessments

Develop therapeutic relationships focused on recovery and wellness

Provide care across the lifespan, including children (training available if needed)

Administrative Duties :

Maintain timely, accurate documentation consistent with licensing, insurance, and company standards

Coordinate care with internal and external providers

Participate in clinical collaboration and supervision as required

Qualifications

A Master's degree in a recognized clinical discipline, including Social Work, Psychology, rehabilitation, Activity Therapies, or Counseling, is required.

Must have completed an internship or practicum during your graduate program

Experience with individual therapy and intake evaluations or similar services / care

Assessment / diagnosis, coordination of care, documentation and critical execution of therapeutic modalities experience

Technological proficiency and ability to navigate EHR systems

Commitment to high standards of clinical care and ethical practice

Ability and willingness to complete documentation within an established timeframe

Professional License not required

Skills :

Excellent telephone and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and cooperatively with patients, co-workers, and supervisors.

Adherence to ethical standards.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Proficiency in English.

Computer skills for electronic scheduling, billing, and future software use.
