Job Description

This role is a temporary assignment with an anticipated duration of five to six months.

• Enters / Updates Shop Employee's Information
• Enters / Reviews Daily Mechanics Timecards.
• Enters / Reviews Maintenance and Repair Work Orders, including any charges related to these work orders.
• Schedules Equipment for PM service.
• Enter Oil Samples
• Review and process Fleet Invoices
• Performs Shop Administration duties such as Updating Shop Calendar, Scanning, Filing, Copying Documentation, answering shop telephone / radio, typing, etc.
• Open PO for Services
• Responds to inquiries from a variety of individuals (e.g. staff, managers, etc.) in a pleasant demeanor and attitude.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :

SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, AND / OR CERTIFICATIONS :

Pay Range : $19 - $20. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
