At Wesley on Grand in Des Moines, our Residential Care community offers a warm, supportive environment for just 24 residents. Care here is more personal and relationship-focused, and because of the size and setup, no hoyer lifts are required.

As a CNA / CMA, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of our residents by :

• Assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication support.
• Providing emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Conducting routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.
• Facilitating resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
• Passing medications as needed.
