Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to lead and grow our sales function while managing key operational processes. This individual will be responsible for overseeing estimates, client communications, project coordination, and internal team alignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside and outside sales, preferably within the signage industry, and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications :
Proven experience in inside and outside sales, preferably in the signage industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Client-focused with a can-do attitude. Experience with ERP systems and cost accounting is a plus. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to business development.

$50,000 - $55,000 a year. The above base plus gross profit % commissions. Medical, Dental, Vision. PTO & 7 Holidays. Life Insurance, Long-term & Short-term disability. 401k with 3% match regardless of contributions.
