StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8;10 Pay Rate : $315.25 - $341.25

This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Call & Requirements : Monday through Friday 8 and 10 hour shifts
• Supervision vs Independent : mostly supervising CRNAs but could be expected to do own cases
• EMR : Epic
• Certifications required : Board Certification, Basic Life Support, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• Number of Operating Rooms : 7
• License Required or accepting IMLC : Active Illinois license required
