POSITION OVERVIEW :

Participate in cross-functional and enterprise efforts in support of optimizing the facilities network, establishing robust lifecycle management of all network expansion, fiscal year, technology enablement projects and facility maintenance and repair programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Gather data and participate in the analysis of network expansion modeling, technology enablement projects and facility maintenance and repair programs to support future business needs, mitigate risk and drive asset optimization
  • Assist in the alignment of the prioritization and execution of network expansion, fiscal year and technology enablement projects, and facility maintenance and repair programs with the business
  • Assist in monitoring vendor performance and driving accountability for adherence to contractual obligations including insurance, permitting, change orders and approved funding with enhanced performance reporting
  • Participate in internal compliance and mitigate risk by monitoring and participating in performance reporting and technology strategy development and execution
  • Develop policies, procedures and job aids and ensure consistent application
  • Support the development of facility capital and global expense long range outlook and annual budget and manage annually to fiscal plan
  • Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures
  • Perform other assignments (or duties) as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus two (2) years' experience infacility administration, construction, design, planning, real estate, or other related field
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all different levels of internal and external customers
  • Must be proactive with the ability to take initiative
  • Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software including but not limited to : Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member
  • WORKING CONDITIONS :

  • Must be able to travel
