About Our Client : Addison Group is partnering with a respected and growing pediatric dental practice with multiple locations in the Denver metro area. Our client is known for delivering high-quality, compassionate dental care and is looking to bring on a skilled Lead Clinical Dental Assistant to support both patient care and team development across two locations.

Job Description : This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for a Dental Assistant with leadership experience who is ready to step into a hybrid clinical and supervisory role. The ideal candidate will split their time between direct patient care and mentoring the back-office team, working closely with the doctor and supporting the efficiency and professionalism of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with dental procedures and ensure high-quality patient experiences
• Mentor and train new and existing Dental Assistants
• Collaborate with dentists to coordinate next steps after patient visits
• Oversee the quality of X-rays and ensure diagnostic accuracy
• Contribute to scheduling, workflow improvements, and team development
• Support back-office operations and implementation of best practices
• Maintain a positive, approachable, and respectful leadership style
