job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing firm. Assist attorneys in the preparation and administration of trusts and estates. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases. Maintain and organize client files and records. Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in the estate planning process. Coordinate and manage the probate process, including filing necessary documents with the court. Assist in the preparation of estate tax returns and other related financial documents. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Associate's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution preferred but not required Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in trusts and estates. Strong understanding of estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal research and document drafting. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
