Job Details

Acute Care experienced Social Worker

Must have experience in acute care hospital discharge planning.

Will be discharging patients for a variety of units throughout the hospital, including but not limited to medsurg, ICU and ER.

Behavioral health experience will not be considered.

Must provide own lab coat.

Flu shot is required.

Limited RTO

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Work

Social work license in Pennsylvania preferred.

Schedule Information

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30a-5p.
