• Provide skilled, compassionate hospice nursing care in the home setting\n
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with an emphasis on comfort and dignity\n
• Administer medications and manage symptoms in collaboration with physicians\n
• Support families with education, empathy, and clear communication\n
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members including social workers, chaplains, and aides\n
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule to ensure 24 / 7 care continuity\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current RN license in the state of Arizona\n
• 1+ year of experience in hospice or palliative care preferred\n
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required\n
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and emotional intelligence\n
• A deep sense of compassion and a strong desire to make a difference\n\nRequirements : \n
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing\n
• Current CPR certification\n
• Valid TB test\n
