We're seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Resident Care (LVN / RN) to lead our community's health and wellness programs. This pivotal role oversees licensed nurses, care partners, and medication teams while ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and person-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and daily oversight for all resident care and medication management programs.
• Partner with the Executive Director and Home Office Clinical Operations to uphold Aspenwood's quality, compliance, and safety standards.
• Oversee clinical assessments, care plan development, and service delivery in alignment with each resident's individual needs.
• Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement among care team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on technology integration, clinical QA initiatives, and training programs that elevate care outcomes.
