Job Overview :

  • We are seeking a US-based Chief Digital Officer for Stralynn Consulting Services, Inc, a digital transformation with AI focused niche professional services provider.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence at every level, imparting their digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative way.
  • Working closely with the CEO and COO, the chief digital officer will be a driving force in our organization’s digital transformation product and service offerings.
  • The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) would be responsible for leading and executing digital transformation strategies for clients, driving business growth through digital channels, and fostering a culture of digital innovation within the organization. This involves a blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong leadership to guide clients in leveraging technology to achieve their business goals. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with AI / ML, CRM and ERP is a must.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Digital Consulting : Develop and implement digital strategies for clients, aligning them with their overall business objectives.  Digital Transformation Leadership : Guide clients through the process of digital transformation, identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and overseeing implementation.  Client Engagement and Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into digital strategies.  Technology Evaluation and Selection : Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on clients and recommending appropriate solutions.  Project Management and Execution : Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.  Data Analytics and Insights : Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize digital strategies, measuring the ROI of digital initiatives.  Team Leadership and Development : Lead and mentor a team of digital consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and digital expertise.  Internal Digital Strategy : Contribute to the development and implementation of internal digital strategy, driving its growth and innovation.  Required Skills and Experience : Leadership and Communication : Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.  Digital Expertise : Deep understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices including AI / ML, CRM, ERP, Project Management, and Digital Marketing skills.

    • Consulting Experience :

  • Proven experience in consulting, with a focus on digital transformation with AI.  Business Acumen : Strong understanding of business principles, including marketing, sales, and operations.  Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.  Project Management : Experience in managing and executing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.  Team Leadership and Mentoring : Ability to lead and mentor a team of AI / ML, CRM, ERP, digital consultants, fostering a culture of innovation.  Communication and Presentation Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.  Perks & Benefits : Growth Opportunities : Career advancement potential in a fast-growing company.
