Account Executive

AAIM Employers' Association is looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Peoria, IL. This role is all about building relationships, uncovering business needs, and connecting organizations with AAIM's full suite of HR services and solutions.

The Account Executive is an outside sales role that uses a consultative, value-based approach to both acquire new members and engage an existing book of business. You'll serve as a subject matter expert on AAIM's offerings and stay informed on industry best practices, trends, and changes - sharing that knowledge with prospective and current members.

• Generate and manage leads to grow new AAIM memberships.
• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned book of business.
• Meet regularly with members to identify opportunities and share HR best practices.
• Collaborate with internal experts to create comprehensive solutions.
• Track activity and manage your pipeline in Salesforce to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Represent AAIM at community and professional events to expand awareness and connections.

This is a full-time exempt role (M–F, 8–5, with some flexibility). Expect about 10–20% travel across Central IL and St. Louis, MO - because the best connections still happen face-to-face.

Pay Range : $75,000 to $115,000 (Base plus Commission)
