Quality Control Analyst

A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to conduct audits of loan files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform quality control audits of loan files to ensure compliance with agency guidelines and company policies

Assist the QC Manager with projects and attend relevant training sessions

Prepare monthly reports of findings and create data reports in Excel or Access

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience in retail mortgage lending

Knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory rules relevant to the mortgage industry

Familiarity with HUD / FNMA / FHLMC / VA eligibility guidelines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
