Key Responsibilities

Manage the full product life cycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on customer research and analytics

Define and analyze key performance metrics while engaging with customers to understand their needs

Collaborate with a product development team to build software and maintain efficiency in product delivery

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a software product manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

Proven ability to break down complex problems into smaller, testable hypotheses

Strong intuition for product design and user experience

Experience in customer research, user testing, and product analytics

Experience in building, implementing, or managing CRMs is preferred
