As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist , your job duties will include but are not limited to :
Providing diagnostic imaging services to support patient care
Interacting with a diverse patient population
Operating independently and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
Ensuring safety and accuracy in nuclear medicine procedures
Applying knowledge of radiation safety and imaging techniques
Collaborating with physicians and the care team to achieve quality outcomes
This position reports to : Director of Imaging Services
This position is PRN (as needed)
Schedule Details :
Occasional Monday shift availability
Coverage for PTO and LOA
No on-call or weekend shifts
QUALIFICATIONS :
Knowledge and Skills :
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Culturally competent, patient-first mindset
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or GED (required)
Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
Minimum 1 year of experience (1–2 years preferred)
Familiarity with Nuclear Medicine Radiation Safety (preferred)
Licensure, Registration or Certification :
ARRT or CNMT certification (required)
Kansas Radiologic Technologist License
Current CPR / BLS certification
